Justin Hayward
Managing Partner

Justin Hayward has over 10 years experience in marketing on both client and agency side. With experience in sales promotion, direct mail, advertising, web design & usability, search marketing, display advertising, affiliates and social media, he brings all of this together at Make It Rain to deliver advanced online business strategy and implementation for all our clients.
He has previously worked at Best Western, Tequila, TBWA Digerati and Latitude delivering lead generation strategies both on and offline. As Strategic Development Director at Latitude, he was responsible for the development and execution of their London office. This has now grown to over 50 staff and has become one of the fastest growth areas within Latitude. He has worked with many clients including David Lloyd, totaljobs, Nissan Europe, Norwich Union, Alliance & Leicester, Betfair, HSBC, and British Red Cross. As testament to pushing the boundaries within search, Justin and his team were awarded the NetImperitive Best Search Campaign 2007 award for their outstanding work on totaljobs.
His focus at Make It Rain is specifically directed towards delivering excellent client service and business strategy that delivers results across PPC, SEO, affiliates, social media and display advertising.
Mike Fantis
Operations Director

Mike has been working in search engine marketing, particularly PPC & SEO since 2004. He has gained extensive knowledge of the industry from all business angles through working in various roles and companies (client side, search specialist and media agency).
He has experience in all major verticals with varying objectives including Finance, Travel, Communications (Skype, Virgin Mobile), Retail, Leisure (Merlin Group), Media (Virgin Media) and Recruitment (Total Jobs). Along with Justin, Mike was heavily influential in the Total Jobs success of the 2007 Best Search Campaign and in the process helped the client out-perform their biggest competitor, Monster, for the very first time.
With Mike’s online marketing experience, knowledge of all online channels and track record of successful campaigns, he was a natural first choice for Make It Rain’s, Operations Director.
Kevin Millard
Business Development Manager

Kevin has worked within the Internet and New Media Industries since the late 1990s, where he began his career developing e-commerce solutions for online retailers.
Over the last few years, Kevin has helped to develop online business strategies for a number of blue chip companies. This has included the integration of web based services into clients such as Centrica and American Express.
Kevin has a unique skill set which includes Internet software development, project management, and business development, which together allow him to derive robust online strategies for his clients and partners.
At Make It Rain, Kevin is instrumental in identifying and developing effective online marketing solutions to meet client objectives.
