As a client executive your time will be focused on supporting your colleagues and senior team members in ensuring client accounts are managed efficiently from brief to delivery.
You will work alongside and be supported by a talented team in the fields of SEO, PPC, Analytics, Creative, Social Media, CRO and more.
You will spend your time working with the account team to ensure all client projects run smoothly and are delivered on time. Your day-to-day work will mostly be assigned by the more senior members of the account team.
As a client executive you are expected to be proactive in ensuring client queries/tasks/projects are completed well and on time and progress at every stage is communicated to the client clearly.
Supporting senior members of the account team, you will assist with planning client accounts, developing the clients business and digital strategy and be responsible for successful implementation of client campaigns.
You will be expected to assist with producing strategies, formal quotes, client budgets, forecasts and invoicing.
You will be expected to be knowledgeable about the clients business, procedures and practices as well as the agency’s services (to an intermediate level).
Reporting client account progress and status to senior team members and preparing client friendly progress reports for clients on behalf of senior team members.
Planning internal meetings and client meetings (as well as participate).
Assisting with planning the production teams work-flow using agency CRM tools and communicating statuses with senior team members and clients in order to manage expectations.
Liaising with clients to ensure all briefs (on-going, recurring and new) are fully understood, planned and executed accordingly by agency teams.
Assisting senior team members with project managing all digital accounts, projects, tasks and day-to-day deliverables, and report issues and progress to clients where directed and where proactively relevant.
Assisting senior team members with regular forecasting, reporting and presenting of campaign/account performance across multiple channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, Social Media, PR etc).
Assisting senior team members with analysing client campaign results (from both multi and single channel campaigns) and related data (e.g. competitor data) to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to a lack of performance.
Assisting senior team members in ensuring production teams deliver client work at agreed timescales (within agency best practice) – always-ensuring client expectations are well managed and senior team expectations are well managed.
Assisting senior team members with developing digital strategic and tactical plans for clients, through thorough understanding of clients business, goals and objectives.
You will be educated to degree level.
You will have gained at least one year’s experience working agency-side (in a digital agency).
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas.
You will have basic to intermediate (preferred) knowledge in the agency’s digital service offerings (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Analytics, CRO, Creative) or the aptitude to want to learn and develop at a rapid pace.
You will be extremely organised and have meticulous planning skills.
You will be adept at creating and developing relationships with clients and team members and be a confident speaker.
You will have experience in assisting senior teams with planning, forecasting and strategy, which you can confidently demonstrate at interview stage.
You will want to learn how to analyse client digital marketing performance and forecast future performance and grow in your overall role.
Excellent report writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
